CNC Programmer / Machinist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Programming: Analyzes drawings, sketches, and design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds according to knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications, and machine capabilities. Writes instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of the machine. Compares computer command results with original program intent to assure accuracy of machine instructions. Revises programs to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
• Machining: Operate the CNC machine to perform cutting of die details. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Trouble shoot and perform or report basic repairs as needed
• CNC programming in Visi for Tool & Die (minimum of 3 years experience)
• A minimum of 4 years of CNC machining experience

General Laborer / Driver

We are currently looking for general laborer/delivery person to join our family. You will be joining a technically advanced network that offers its team members unlimited career growth opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver/pick up product in a safe and efficient manner
• Safely load and unload product
• Handle shipping/receiving paperwork
• Obey the State of Michigan traffic laws
• Minor repairs, maintenance and run parts
• Basic machining, grinding, press assistance, drilling
